Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms govern your use of DebtHaus.com, operated by Cloudalien Technologies LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What we provide

Articles about debt, published for general information. We are not a lender, broker, debt settlement company, credit repair organization or financial adviser, and nothing here is an offer of credit or an application for it. No relationship of adviser and client is created by reading this site or writing to us.

Use of the site

You may read, print and share these articles for your own use, and quote from them with a link. You may not republish them wholesale, scrape the site at a scale that degrades it, or present the content as your own.

The articles, layout and design are owned by Cloudalien Technologies LLC or used with permission.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free, and rules in this area change frequently.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cloudalien Technologies LLC is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this site's content or from its unavailability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply only as far as permitted.

Links to other sites, including paid ones

We link elsewhere for two different reasons, and we distinguish them.

Reference links — usually the CFPB, the FTC, or a primary source — earn us nothing and exist because they are useful.

Paid links earn Cloudalien Technologies LLC a commission if you open an account with the company at the other end. Every page carrying one says so above the link. The commission is paid by that company, not by you, and does not change the terms you are offered.

In both cases we do not control the destination and are not responsible for it. Any product you take out is a contract between you and that company on their terms, which you should read: we are not a party to it, we do not underwrite it, and we cannot resolve a dispute about it. Our being paid a commission is not a recommendation that the product suits you, and nothing on this site is an offer of credit or an application for it.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: [email protected].
